We had a great Valentines day! We took our time getting going in the morning and then ran errands, including stopping at Costco so Daddy could get Noelle a promised berry smoothie. Those things are becoming a Saturday ritual with those two, I think it may become an issue in the future.
That night we had Auntie and
Unc over for dinner. I made Auntie's favorite, the ever so low calorie Alfredo with my own twist added, homemade
focaccia bread, salad, and this super tasty dessert:
snickerdoodle-blondies. I substituted regular cream cheese for the
marscarpone cheese and it made no difference.
Sorry, I did not feel like cropping it.
I keep saying I am going to add a recipe section to my side bar but I never get around to it...soon I promise.
Then we whipped out the entertainment for the evening, you guessed it...GUITAR HERO! They just got a second guitar and a game with new songs, so we had to try it out. Let me tell you...double guitars is the way to go. We had a blast.

Please excuse my nasty sweat pants but after the meal we had, you can understand, the jeans had to go.
There were no cards, flowers, jewelry or any hoop-la, it was just us being in love with each other and our baby girls. It was by far the best Valentines Day ever.
