Pickin' Out Pumpkins
Noelle ran around like a crazy girls up and down the aisles picking up every pumpkins she could.

These are called the 'Big 'Macs' and you are not allowed to sit on them. So, Aaron is just hovering over the pumpkin and it looks like he is doing something else.
There were so many other things to do there but we were tired and went home. Sadly, though, the very next day the wild fire destroyed the ranch. The news said some of the pumpkins were saved but the rest of the ranch is destroyed. The family has been growing and selling vegetables for more than 60 years. They may retire and not open the ranch next year. :(
Puttin' On Clothes
Noelle loves to roam around the house puttin other peoples clothes on . Shoes, socks, shirt pants shorts, you name it!

Long Day
For those of you who know do or do not know about my sister in law, Leticia, being diagnosed with breast cancer last September. This September cancer cells were found in her uterus. We spent the day at Northridge Hospital Medical Center while she underwent a hysterectomy. Everything went better than anyone expected and we are SO relieved. Nothing in her abdomen looked even remotely suspicious, no masses, lumps or anything. Hopefully the rest of the lab results that are due next week will show no other cancer. Letty is doing amazing! She was able to talk with us this afternoon in spite of all the medicine she has received and all her body has been through. Her children Matthew & Evynn are so very tough and I am so proud of how strong they are being during these very difficult times.October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, make note of it! Here is a link to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure website. Here you can download and print or send away for a card with instructions on doing self breast exams. Do not be embarrassed! These exams are the key to early detection and therefore high survival rates. Start these exams early so that you will become familiar with your breast tissue, this way you will be able to easily detect any change in your breast tissue later on in life.

Lena waiting under the table for one those crackers!
Those crackers make you so thirsty. She kept asking for, "Milk."
She is showing off her red painted toenails.
All of this fun today has just worn us all out... Sweet dreams everyone.
*Note: I do not buy character clothing. These jammies were a hand me down and I love & appreciate them just the same.*
